This workshop is an introduction to the benefits of a raw whole plant diet for active people. We’ll explore ingredients, techniques and essential equipment. The recipes cover cashew milk, post-workout smoothies, chia-yogurt and a colorful brunch with banana pancakes and a fruit tartlet that are easy to prepare.
