BLUE LOTUS offers certificate weeklong classes on plant-based cuisine. These classes are held Mondays to Fridays – operating 9AM to 2PM. Six night’s accommodation at Evason Hua Hin resort is part of this package. At the end of the course, you will be able to develop you own project for certification.
