At Blue Lotus we use organic ingredients to create modern conscious cuisine. Our learning center in Hua Hin, Thailand is located in the heart of Southeast Asia, a region renowned for creating cuisine that relies on fresh ingredients. For us the ideal cuisine is plant-based, locally sourced and nutrient dense.

The plant-based and raw cuisine at Blue Lotus learning center is creative and confident, made with a fun and innovative selection of organic ingredients and with the methodology used to create modern cuisine. We don’t use any unnatural additives and most of our produce comes from our own campus garden, using solely organic cultivation techniques.

Our classes are taught in an intimate, state-of-the-art environment in which each student is given their own complete cooking and and raw foods preparation station. And in that station our students receive the full attention of our friendly, skillful instructors and mentors who encourage creativity and action-oriented learning. Students are completely free from the noise and distractions of the city, the serenity and shade of our sprawling seaside campus creates a calm environment which gives an amazing learning experience to the students.

Teaching an earth-to-table philosophy to build a better world.

Outside the learning center, our students are encouraged to relax on our campus with a massage in our spa, explore the scenic campus grounds via bicycle or gather with their classmates and play a game of volleyball or tennis in our pristine recreation area. Blue Lotus is located inside Evason Hua Hin, a Six Senses resort with beautiful facilities aiming at relaxing the mind and body of its guests.
